Our 10 week beginners course returns! It's now our most popular course ever. The syllabus includes ball control, passing, tackling and shooting. All the basics you need to take you from weedy footballing sapling to mighty sporting oak in a fun, friendly environment. The beginners course has a focus on making football fun and inclusive, getting away from the usual macho nonsense. Join us for the introduction to the beautiful game you never had.

Autumn 2018
Beginner 2

This course is for people who've played a little bit of football before. Typically it's for people who've completed the Kickr Academy Beginners 1 programme, but it could also be for people who played when they were a kid, but whose running-around joy didn't survive the dreaded teenage years. Basically, if you can already kick the ball, not a huge amount more than that, then Beginner 2 is for you. In this 10-week course we'll take you through some of the more involved aspects of playing football, including how to control the first touch and how to pass the ball in the air, as well as how to play as a team both attacking and defending.
