Our 10 week beginners course returns! It's now our most popular course ever. The syllabus includes ball control, passing, tackling and shooting. All the basics you need to take you from weedy footballing sapling to mighty sporting oak in a fun, friendly environment. The beginners course has a focus on making football fun and inclusive, getting away from the usual macho nonsense. Join us for the introduction to the beautiful game you never had.

Intermediate

This course is for people who've played a little bit of football before. Typically it's for people who've completed the Kickr Academy Beginners programme, but it could also be for people who played when they were a kid, but whose running-around joy didn't survive the dreaded teenage years. Bascially, if you can already kick the ball, but you're still too rubbish to play in a real-world five-a-side team, then the intermediate course is for you. In this 10-week course we'll take you through some of the more involved aspects of ball control, such as controlling the ball when its in the air, as well as how to play as a team both attacking and defending.
